This role combines leadership, operational efficiency, and hands-on involvement to maintain the highest levels of service, presentation, and teamwork within the store.
Votre rôle
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

- Oversee fitting room operations, product organization, and floor replenishment to ensure a smooth customer flow.

- Assist in training new employees on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Support stock management activities, including receiving, tagging, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Address and resolve minor customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, grooming standards, and operational SOPs.
- Act as a point of contact for the sales team in the absence of senior management.
- Act as the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager’s delegate in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations.
