Backend Developer
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core
- Model and optimize databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core)
- Participate in architecture decisions and code reviews
- Collaborate with frontend and QA teams in an Agile cycle
- Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of services
What we’re looking for
- Bac+2 minimum skills and drive matter more than your degree
- Strong command of C# and ASP.NET Core (Web API, Middleware, DI)
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and Entity Framework Core
- Familiarity with best practices: SOLID, Clean Architecture, REST
- Understanding of JWT / OAuth2, roles and permissions management
- Comfortable with: Git, Swagger/OpenAPI Docker is a plus

Frontend Developer
Your responsibilities
- Write and execute functional and technical test plans
- Design and maintain automated tests (E2E, API, regression)
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
- Participate in Agile sprints and define acceptance criteria with the product team
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement
What we’re looking for
- Bac+2 minimum skills and drive matter more than your degree
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on with testing tools: Postman (API), Playwright or Selenium (E2E), Jest (unit)
- Able to write clear test cases and structured bug reports (Jira or equivalent)
- Scripting skills for automation: JavaScript or Python
- Basic knowledge of browser DevTools and monitoring tools

Teach Lead / Lead Developer
Your responsibilities
- Design and define the overall code architecture across all platforms (Backend, Frontend, Mobile)
- Be the main technical reference for the team the person they come to when stuck
- Write and review code regularly, set the standards and lead by example
- Drive technical decisions: architecture patterns, tech choices, coding standards
- Lead and coordinate the full engineering team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile/React Native, QA) on a daily basis
- Break down product features into tasks, assign and follow up with the team
- Identify blockers early and help the team move forward
- Act as the bridge between the CTO and the development team
What we’re looking for
- Bac+2 minimum skills and leadership track record matter more than your degree
- 4+ years of experience in software development — full stack background is a strong plus
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a dev team
- Strong understanding of software architecture and best practices
- Comfortable making technical decisions and owning them
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Linear or equivalent)
