Backend Developer

Your responsibilities

1. Design and develop robust RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core
2. Model and optimize databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core)
3. Participate in architecture decisions and code reviews
4. Collaborate with frontend and QA teams in an Agile cycle
5. Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of services

What we’re looking for

1. Bac+2 minimum skills and drive matter more than your degree
2. Strong command of C# and ASP.NET Core (Web API, Middleware, DI)
3. Solid knowledge of relational databases and Entity Framework Core
4. Familiarity with best practices: SOLID, Clean Architecture, REST
5. Understanding of JWT / OAuth2, roles and permissions management
6. Comfortable with: Git, Swagger/OpenAPI Docker is a plus

Frontend Developer

Your responsibilities

1. Write and execute functional and technical test plans
2. Design and maintain automated tests (E2E, API, regression)
3. Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
4. Participate in Agile sprints and define acceptance criteria with the product team
5. Contribute to continuous quality improvement

What we’re looking for

1. Bac+2 minimum skills and drive matter more than your degree
2. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
3. Hands-on with testing tools: Postman (API), Playwright or Selenium (E2E), Jest (unit)
4. Able to write clear test cases and structured bug reports (Jira or equivalent)
5. Scripting skills for automation: JavaScript or Python
6. Basic knowledge of browser DevTools and monitoring tools

QA Engineer

Teach Lead / Lead Developer

Your responsibilities

1. Design and define the overall code architecture across all platforms (Backend, Frontend, Mobile)
2. Be the main technical reference for the team the person they come to when stuck
3. Write and review code regularly, set the standards and lead by example
4. Drive technical decisions: architecture patterns, tech choices, coding standards
5. Lead and coordinate the full engineering team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile/React Native, QA) on a daily basis
6. Break down product features into tasks, assign and follow up with the team
7. Identify blockers early and help the team move forward
8. Act as the bridge between the CTO and the development team

What we’re looking for

1. Bac+2 minimum skills and leadership track record matter more than your degree
2. 4+ years of experience in software development — full stack background is a strong plus
3. Previous experience leading or mentoring a dev team
4. Strong understanding of software architecture and best practices
5. Comfortable making technical decisions and owning them
6. Excellent communication and organization skills
7. Familiar with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Linear or equivalent)
